This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes how the SuperVetDoc Foundation (the "Foundation", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores and protects the personal data of users of our websites: staging-foundation.supervetdoc.bg (donations platform) and staging-platform.supervetdoc.bg (appointment booking platform).

We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act.

1. What data do we collect?

We collect the following categories of personal data depending on how you use our Sites:

We use your data for the following purposes:

To create and manage your profile on both platforms.
To process donations and issue certificates.
To carry out appointment bookings and send reminders.
To communicate with you regarding campaigns, events and changes to the services.
To improve the performance of the Sites (traffic analysis).
To protect against fraud and unauthorised access.

3. With whom do we share your data?

We do not sell, rent or disclose your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data only with:

Technical service providers: hosting, e-mail services, analytics (e.g. Google Analytics — if used).
Payment service provider: for processing donations (Stripe).
Veterinary clinics: solely for booking purposes (we pass on your name and appointment time, not medical information).

We retain your data for as long as is necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by law (e.g. accounting records of donations — 5 years).

We apply technical and organisational measures (SSL encryption, secured servers, restricted access) to protect the data.

Nevertheless, no transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
